2011-2015

Studied Advertising

Couldn't pick between graphic design and marketing, so I did both. In my final year, I caught the UI/UX bug — and that changed everything.

2015-2016

A Year of Code & Web Design

Signed up for a year-long program in basic coding and web design. Turns out designers who can speak a little developer have a quiet superpower.

2016-2017

First Job: Graphic Designer

Designed itineraries, marketing collateral, and web banners. Worked alongside a marketing coordinator to promote tours all over the world — all from my desk.

2017-2023

A Detour Through Japanese Retail

Started as a part-time sales associate and worked my way up to assistant store manager. Learned how to communicate with everyone — customers, teammates, and head office alike.

2023

Off to Grad School

Got the acceptance letter. Handed in my resignation. Packed up and moved to a new country — though, to be fair, still on the same continent.

2024&2025 Summer

Graphic Design Intern @ RIT Student Affairs

Applied design thinking within brand guidelines to craft visuals that promote campus events and activities — making student life a little more eye-catching, one design at a time.

Working My Way to Become a Product & Visual Designer

2011-2015

Study Advertising

Between graphic design and marketing, I decided to do both - and in my last year I began to learn about uiux.

2015 – 2016

Further study in design

Decided to take a year-long program study basic coding and web design.

2016-2017

Became a graphic designer

Design itentaries, marketing colladeral, web banners...I worked with marketing cordinator to promote tours around the world.

2017-2023

Working in Retail

From part-time sales accociate to assistant store manager. I learn how to communite both internal and external.

Got accepted to grad school & quit my job

Receive offer letter. Hand in resignation. Packed my stuff and moved to a different country - although still within the same continent.
